Safedrive are a Driver CPC approved training centre. Driver CPC came into force for LGV drivers in September of 2009 and for PCV drivers in September 2008.

It is part of an ongoing scheme and drivers will have to maintain their training requirement every five years to retain their DQC card.

Here at Safedrive, we offer several courses in line with the recommended content from JAUPT.   Safedrive’s Driver CPC is designed to be delivered at a company’s premises to groups of up to 10 drivers.

Our courses are delivered to your drivers at their place of work.

The 35 hours of training must be in 7 hour blocks (excluding breaks) and held by an accredited training company. JAUPT are the governing body for this and training centres must gain their accreditation from them.

For further information on Driver CPC, or if you are interested in arranging a session, please do not hesitate to get in touch. You can contact us either via the Contact page, or email us directly here. Alternatively, we are available on 01952 298990.
